Concept Productions is a Toronto-based Recording Studio
We are fully equipped to provide a wide range of professional audio services including the recording, mixing, and mastering of various styles and genres of music and broadcasts.
Working alongside our fully accredited audio engineer, professionally record your vocals or instrumentals for original compositions, covers, voice-overs, dubs, or for radio and TV. We provide editing, remixing, mixing, mastering, sound design, and audio post-production (looping, ADR, effects) services, with pricing to suit any budget.
Concept Productions provides a professional and comfortable atmosphere that allows clients to feel at ease and inspired. Located conveniently close to public transit (TTC), we offer a kitchen and lounge with full internet access and wi-fi connectivity, a 50″ LCD television for viewing, as well as free above ground visitor parking for our clients.
CONTROL ROOM
The control room is a large scale, well balanced, acoustically sound, stereo mixing environment. This is achieved by using a variety of Auralex and other types of acoustic treatments/installations, and bass traps in the control room, along with world renowned Mackie HR824 high resolution near-field studio monitors.
RECORDING SPACES
The recording spaces include a 24sq/ft, ‘dry’ isolation booth (mainly used for vocal recording), and a high ceilinged live room, which is approximately 150sq/ft. Both rooms utilize a wide array of acoustic treatments, to prevent any acoustic issues.
EQUIPMENT
Utilizing industry standard Avid Pro Tools HD software and hardware, Concept Productions makes a host of world class outboard equipment, microphones, a large selection of instruments, drum machines, and synthesizers (hardware and software) available for clients to use, and if necessary, various session musicians can be made available for a nominal fee.
